The following questions are some of the more common queries we get here at The Candle Gallery. If you don't find what you are looking for then please Contact Us
- When I place an order how long do I have to wait for my candles?
- After you place an order we will create your design and email it to you for your approval. Once we get your approval we normally ship within 10 working days.
- If I need my candles in a hurry can you accommodate me?
- If you are in a rush to get your candles please do get in contact and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Can I put my own photograph on a candle?
- Yes, any photo can be put on a candle. There is no extra charge for this. If you are taking a photograph specially to put on a candle we would highly recommend that you change the resolution / picture quality on your camera to high.
- How do I send you the photograph?
- If it is a digital photo that you have, you can upload it with your order. If it is a physical photograph you can either scan it into your computer and upload it to us or you can simply post it to us.
- Will I get my photograph back?
- We will include your photo with your order.
- If the colours on a candle design are not what I'm looking for, can they be changed to suit me?
- No problem. We often get requests to change colours & tones in order to make a candle suit the theme of a wedding.
- Is it possible to make changes to a candle design or even come up with a new design for me?
- Yes. There are no restrictions as to what can be on the candle. Whatever text, images, photos, colours you want can be accommodated at no extra cost.
- Will I get to see the final design of my candle before you start making it?
- We will always email you the final design before we start on your candle to make sure you are happy with it.
- Can I contact someone about my order?

- Where do you deliver to?
- Currently we deliver to Ireland and the UK.
- How much will I pay for delivery?
- Delivery costs €7.95 regardless of how large your order is. All of our orders are delivered by courier and must be signed for.
- What is your returns policy?
- If there is an error on your candle due to a mistake on our behalf, you have the choice of a full refund or we will produce a new candle at no cost to you. We cannot accept returns if there are no errors on the candle - i.e. the candle design is the same one approved by you. In the unlikely event that candles have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
- What types of payments do you accept?
- Currently we accept credit card payments paid through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us. We also accept cheques.
